Troy Dooly says he is in connection with attorneys Kevin Thompson & Walt Burton, who claim to be in connection to Ken Bell. 

Ken Bell has been as been appointed as the receiver of Zeek assets, in order to distribute them accordingly. Troy currently has a form on his website that you can fill out to supposedly inform the lawyers of your claim. Here is the link to the website: HERE   Troy is trying to help people through this.
