The most recent update is a letter to be taken to your bank, if you are wondering why your check has not been cashed by ZeekRewards.  More updates can be found on previous posts.  Court approvals should be updated on the Zeek Rewards Receivership site, very soon.

*HOT* ZeekRewards Receivership Website!

HOT We just received a notice that the ZeekRewards Receivership Website is now available!  Currently the NCDOJ has issued a new website called ZeekRewardsReceivership.com FAQ which will provide the way, when available, for you to submit your claim.  See the below description indicating that there is NO claim form available at this time that has been approved by the Court.  Further down is a direct quote from the site. Make sure not to put your information anywhere else unless you are seeking out legal counsel. 

How Will the Claims Process Work?
At this time there is no claim form available nor has a formal claims process been established and approved by the Court. However, the process of verifying and validating or rejecting claims typically involves comparing the information submitted by the Claimant to the information available to the Receiver, and reaching a conclusion in light of the available information and the applicable law.
