December 2012 Update on ZeekRewards

Hello fellow ZeekRewards victims.  I now have a new update for you!  I have listened to an audio recording of a live chat with the Receiver, Ken Bell, and it helped to alleviate some of my anxiety and answered many of my questions, as well.

I highly recommend that all affiliates listen to the recorded chat.  To summarize the most important information, I have a bulleted list, located below, that will hopefully answer any questions you may have.  Remember to stay up to date by visiting http://www.zeekrewardsreceivership.com/ for the latest news concerning the Zeek Rewards case.

• Over $300,000,000 recovered so far

• If Paul Burks pulled out more than he "put in", then he needs to pay the receivership just as anyone else who profited from the ZeekRewards

• Receiver states he will have a proposed claim form submitted to the court by the end of January 2013

• The court will take some time to make sure everything necessary for valid recovery of funds is included on the form

• The court will approve a form and will hand the form over to Ken Bell for him to display on the receivership website so people can start to gather necessary documents to prove their claims (may be a couple months)

• After everyone submits the claim form with the financial documents, then Ken Bell, the Receiver, and his team will verify that those are valid claims (will also take some time to do this)

• Then he will go to court to ask permission to start making payments

• Then after they recover the rest of the funds, they will make a final payment to victims (total payment may be around 2/3 of what you put in )

NXPAY Has Issued an Alert!

NXPAY sent out an alert for affiliates!

They informed affiliates to NOT initiate a charge-back with your financial institution (bank), or the affiliate would be in DIRECT VIOLATION OF A FEDERAL COURT ORDER.  They also state the affiliate, if going against the court order, would risk being criminally prosecuted for fraud
   
They also stated in the most recent email that the official claims process hasn't yet been completed, and when it is completed, Kenneth Bell, the Receiver will administer the claims process, not NXPAY. 

NXSystems says they are continuing to cooperate with the SEC, Temporary Receiver, and US Department of Justice to help make the process as accurate as possible.  

*Important*
If the affiliate never purchased bids with their funds, NXSystems is placing a great amount of effort to help account for those funds, and return them to the affiliate.  They are not guaranteeing 100% financial return, as the decision is in the hands of the Receiver.

Also, there is no ETA as to when funds will be available, released, or made available by Ken Bell.

NXSystems asks that affiliates remember that ZeekRewards was charged with fraud, and that the SEC can come after some/all moneys and people that might have benefited from Zeek's fraud.

They are advising you NOT to close your NXpay account so they can focus on locating any funds.
